Returns Policy

All purchases made from Trenz.co.in have a 15 days exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:

Items like lingerie /socks /inner-wear /swimwear /bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement if available.

For approval of exchange requests, it usually takes 5-7 business days. We will arrange a reverse pickup, the return shipping cost will be borne by Trenz.co.in.

You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive an exchange more quickly.
