Return Policy

All purchases made from www.trenz.co.in have a 15 days exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:

 

• All original tags are attached.
• The Product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
• It's in its original packaging.

 

Items like lingerie /socks /inner-wear /swimwear /bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.

 

For approval of exchange request, it usually takes 5-7 business days. We will arrange a reverse pickup, return shipping cost will be borne by www.trenz.co.in.

You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive an exchange more quickly.

For faster deliveries, we have facilitated only pre-paid payment options and delivery is free on order value above Rs. 790.
