Exchange & Return Policy

 

All purchases made from Trenz.co.in have a 15 days exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:

 

• All original tags are attached.
• The Product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
• It's in its original packaging.

 

Items like lingerie /socks /inner-wear /swimwear /bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.

 

For approval of exchange request, it usually takes 5-7 business days. Kindly also note, in the normal course it takes between 5 to 7 working days in getting an article delivered after dispatch.
